Printed photos can suffer many kinds of damage and decay including tears, scratches, water damage, and fading. The good news is that most photos can be restored and reprinted to be as good as new. We start every restoration project with archival scanning so we’re working with the best possible source image. Then we use the latest digital restoration techniques to bring your photo memories back to life.
What do I get with your photo restoration service?
You get your original photo back, along with before and after scans on a USB thumb drive, professional digital restoration, and a mounted print of the restored photo. If you want enlargements or multiple prints of the retouched photo we can also provide those.
What sort of damage can you fix?
The typical damage we restore includes mold, stains, tears, fading, yellowing, water damage, and discoloration. If you bring your damaged photo to our studio we’re happy to offer a free assessment.
I already have a scan, so can you just retouch my digital file?
We only retouch our own scans, which ensures we have the best possible quality and detail to work with.
Can you combine multiple photos into a single new photograph?
We offer excellent photo restoration, but we don’t offer “fauxtography” where a new fake photo is created from pieces of other photos.
