At the 2022 annual conference of the The Photo Managers professional organization, our founder Adam Pratt was honored to receive the inaugural Rising Tide Award. This peer-nominated industry award recognizes:

- Exceeding expectations
- Sharing knowledge generously
- Collaborating with others
- Adhering to strong code of ethics
We’re honored to receive this special award, and the fact that the Rising Tide Award is a peer-nominated recognition makes it that much more meaningful. Adam enjoys connecting with and helping other industry professionals around the world. Here are excerpts from some of his nominations:
