Instant Black and White Print

Developed in 1947 by Polaroid, black and white instant film was the first photo print process to not require a darkroom. These prints can have straight or deckled (scalloped) edges, but the surface is always glossy.

- Dimensions: 3.25 × 4.25 inches and 2.5 × 3.25 inches are the most common; also available in 2 × 2 inches, 2 × 3.75 inches, and 4 × 5 inches
